SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that Free Shipping applies only to orders in Europe, 10€ for the rest of the world.
We ship all orders with our logistics partner FedEx.
Depending on your location, the shipping time may take:
EUROPE: 3-5 working days
UNITED STATES: 4-6 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 6-8 working days
Please note, orders placed after 12pm GMT+2 on Friday will be processed starting Monday.
Once your order has been carefully packed and picked up by the courier from Epos Offices, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the information regarding your order, such as tracking number and status of your shipment.
Remember that, once the package has left Epos offices, the delivery time is always dependent on your location and customs clearance.

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL, STRIPE & CREDIT CARD
By choosing Stripe or Paypal as a payment method, the Customer can pay directly from its Stripe account or Paypal account or can choose to pay with his credit card. Stripe and Paypal are websites that allows you to send and receive payments in a safe and convenient way. With Stripe and Paypal, card details are safe as they are never shared with the seller.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy which means you have the option to try the products you bought at home, and in case you are not satisfied with the items, you can send them back to us for a payment within 14 days – starting on the day in which you received your order (charged to the customer).
You will be given a full refund of the product (s) under the following conditions:
• the item(s) must have been purchased directly from eposeyewear.com;
• the item(s) must be unused and free of all damage;
• all original packaging must be intact (case, box, cleaning cloth).
EUROPE:
Send an email to info@eposeyewear.com specifying in the subject “RETURN + #ordernumber“.
Once the return has been approved, we will organize for the courier to pick the package up from your chosen address. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. You will receive the return label and instructions for the courier via email.
As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will verify the status of the product(s); if the item(s) have passed the quality check we will proceed with the refund, using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase.
You will receive an email once the refund process has been completed. Please note that it may take from 2 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:
Send an email to info@eposeyewear.com specifying in the subject “RETURN + #ordernumber“.

SALES CONDITION

Article 1 – Purpose
These Conditions of Sale for the purchase of products and / or services carried out remotely via computer network at www.eposeyewear.com, belonging to Epos Srl. Each transaction of purchase will be governed by the provisions of to D. Decree of 22 May 1999. 185 and Legislative Decree no. 196/03 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, which governs the processing of personal data, including data stored abroad, carried out by anyone who is domiciled or has registered offices in Italy.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer, by electronic transmission of the purchase order, declare that have read the terms and conditions of sale, terms of payment proposals and the entire purchase process.

Article 3 – How to purchase and prices
Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be shown to the customer, and he will have the ability to modify, in whole or in part, or completely cancel that order. The prices of products are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT. If the product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail. Epos srl reserves the right to change prices listed on the site www.eposeyewear.com without notice.

Article 4 – Shipping and payments
The delivery methods are visible in the “Shipping Information” section of the website. The delivery times are approximate and are in no way binding to Epos srl. The payment methods are shown in the “Payments” section.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. N. 206/2005 for our customers definable decree “consumers” have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods. The withdrawal must be communicated via email. Within 14 working days, the customer must return the goods, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The refund will be made within 30 days.
Normally, the goods will be collected from the customer by our courier and shall be sent to:

Article 6 – Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale may be modified by Epos srl without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.eposeyewear.com. It is understood that these Terms of Sale are subject to Italian law and all disputes will be settled exclusively by the Court of Milan.
